I’ll admit to never having watched Geordie Shore but from what I have seen of Charlotte she really seems to have her head screwed on! As let’s be honest when you really don’t want to go to the gym having something so accessible to do (that is conveniently looking right at you on the coffee table), if you don’t do it then you’re just being plain lazy. I guarantee you won’t be hungry if you eat more slowly, because it gives your tummy time to tell your brain that you’re full. Bodyweight HIIT: Combines exercises like squats, lunges, burpees, and push-ups in timed intervals for a full-body workout. I haven’t actually bought a work out dvd before but I’ve used apps which do a similar thing and they do seem to work if you keep up with it!

Anyone who as ever seen Geordie shore knows that charlotte was putting a little weight on (still a very attractive girl) but just wait until you see how she as toned up and trimmed right down in this dvd by eating better and following quick but intense workouts the results are there to see and they are amazing.
