The healing benefits of electromagnetic frequencies have been understood and practiced for over 2,000 years, and electromagnetic frequencies are a naturally occurring part of our world. Please note that the syllabus for the MAT was updated for the 2018 test; the current syllabus is available here. Our admissions tests are an important part of our assessment process so please ensure your school, college or other test centre registers you for your test (or tests) by 29 September. Where possible, the additional test will be hosted by schools or colleges. Where necessary, remote invigilation will be arranged at home. The additional test will be made available for printing just before the start of the test on 14 November. The additional test will be administered entirely by the University of Oxford.

The additional test will comprise ten multiple-choice questions in the style of (and with the syllabus of) MAT Q1, and candidates will have one hour to complete the test.

Where possible, we would like the additional test to be hosted by schools or colleges; where necessary, remote invigilation will be arranged at home. As such, the time comes down to 3 to 3,5 hours per day. (Many devices on the market only allow you to run 1 program at a time, making the therapy longer on a daily basis). Only under certain circumstances do we suggest using it more than 4 times a day, for example, in cases of severe or acute pain.
