Thanks to the hassle-free design, it only takes a few simple steps to arrange the Lian Li O11D EVO into Reverse Mode. What’s more, maintaining your hardware at optimum temperatures is easy, as this case can facilitate a 167mm tower air cooler or a custom water-cooling loop. This opens up the main chamber of the chassis, allowing simpler and more efficient tube runs to reach the components, and creating a restriction-free chimney-style airflow that allows the top and bottom radiators to perform more effectively. Paired successfully to Windows with Bluetooth dongle and a MacBook Pro onboard Bluetooth and no latency or lost keys in my usage.

In both Normal and Reverse modes, up to a 360mm radiator can be mounted on the top, side, and bottom, with the latter two having support for 280mm models, also.

The upright GPU allows unprecedented and direct airflow to the graphics card and CPU, that can be further boosted by three 120mm fans. Thanks to the mesh panels and spacious interior, airflow has been maximised to the extreme and there is ample support for either AiO or custom water cooling. Have the 3 bottom fans and rear fan on intake and the two AIO fans, plus 3 fans mounted behind the GPU set for exhaust. EK-Quantum Reflection² distro-plates follow the EK-Matrix7 standard, enabling them to seamlessly integrate with the Vector² GPU water blocks and active backplates and Quantum Surface radiators.

Even though the O11D EVO has no fans of its own, it still flows enough air through our radiator to place between the quiet-design SilverStone Seta Q1 and two fan-equipped gaming cases, the Cooler Master HAF 500 and the Corsair iCUE 5000T. My only negative is the motherboard tray it has to be removed from the inside of the case rather than sliding out the back like some of lian-li's older models did so fitting a mobo is harder to fit in when you have two rads in but other than that full mark.You get brackets for installing drives on the bottom and side radiator mounts, a thick rubber spacer block to support a second power supply against the first, and a thinner rubber sheet to prevent vibration between the lower power supply and side support bracket. The built-in addressable LED strip connects to the motherboard's 5V header or a dedicated D-RGB controller. Fixing the bottom bracket for that orientation in reverse was tough becuase the bracket doesnt have cut-outs for the screwdriver in that orientation.
